Somewhat behind and some things I'm loving!

Hey guys! HOW is it Saturday already?! The days are freaking flying and I cannot keep up.  I love blogging and I'd love to connect to more people and companies this way!! Ideally, I'd like to blog every day.  I have a lot to say and there's only so many people I can tell things to over and over again before they get really annoyed.  Sorry friends! I honestly cannot seem to find the time as much as I'd like too though! HOW DO PEOPLE DO IT!?  Between my run schedule, working 8:30-5 every day, run groups twice a week, strength training class twice a week, making time to spend with my guy and our dogs, family and friends, keeping our house somewhat livable and planning our wedding,  any free moments I have I feel like I absolutely cannot spend them on the computer! I know this is not a huge problem to have (not even a problem, #firstworldproblems) and there a lot of you that are way busier, but I tend to spread myself to thin most of the time and leave little time for anything else.  Any advice from seasoned bloggers and how they manage their time and blogging, I would love some!!!
Today, however, was a welcomed change.  We have NO PLANS.  It's a 3 day weekend and we woke up to chilly start to the morning so we decided to push both our workouts until the afternoon and spend the morning in the coffee shop.  We are just relaxing the whole weekend and have some fun plans to do just that!

Anyways, I'm here, you're here and it's like a virtual coffee date! So let's catch up on a few things I'm digging this week, shall we?

i.  I am a morning runner.  I love waking up and running with the sunrise, when it's cool out and there's no one out but me.  I like feeling accomplished before I even get to work.  However, that doesn't alllllways happen (because of the whole sleep thing) and I need to work my run into my day somehow.  I work right across from the river and by a bike path that is great for running.  Occasionally my plan will call for 3-4 miles and that is the perfect amount to get in on my lunch.  You might have seen this referred to as a RUNCH.  I love it and it's an awesome way to break up the day and give me a boost of energy to finish the day. The only issue is I sweat.  A lot.  I run .5 miles and I'm drenched.  I only have an hour for lunch so between changing twice and my run, there is ZERO time for a shower.  Enter Showerpill.  I discovered this through Ragnar and ordered a free sample.  It is a LIFE SAVER!!! ii.  Thought Blossoms Active mantra bracelets.  I bought my first one almost a year ago, have since bought 2 more and I honestly NEVER take them off.  They remind me all day every day to push my self and work towards my goals.  They aren't just for runners either.  They are extremely durable. The bracelet itself is made of paracord and comes in tons of fun colors.  The clasp is a locking stainless steel clasp and isn't annoying or obnoxious.

iv.  Trader Joes Cold Pressed Juices.  I discovered these a few weeks ago and I have been hooked.  I started just buying their tart cherry juices and having one after a long run, but now I've branched out and they are all SO GOOD!  And the best part is that they are about half the price of other brands!! Try them! You won't be disappointed! And if you are, I will send you the money!
This juice has: 17 kale leaves, 1lb of spinach, 1 large apple, 1/4 english cucumber, 1 celery stalk,  1 lemon, and 2 inches of ginger!
v.  Last night I made this delicious concoction!!!  It is now my official drink of choice this summer!
